The IEEE Communications Society Technical Committee on Molecular, Biological, and Multi-Scale Communications (“MBMC-TC” or “TC”) is seeking a logo to help build our identity and to make our activities and endorsements more recognizable.

Design Guidelines

Please take the following requirements into account when designing the logo:

  • The logo should include the letters “MBMC”
  • The logo should work both in color and in black & white
  • The used font(s) must be free available
  • The logo should be in Scalable Vector Graphic (SVG) format and therefore scale invariant
  • The format of the logo should be “landscape”, i.e., wider than tall
  • The logo should have a minimum resolution of 150 x 150 pixels

Submission Guidelines

The logos must be submitted via email to, with the subject “MBMC-TC Logo Competition <name of the participant or name of team representative>”; you will receive a confirmation once we received your submission. Please add your affiliation or that of your team to the email.
The logo must be submitted in Scalable Vector Graphic (SVG) format both in color and in black & white, following the aforementioned design guidelines. Logos that are not submitted in the correct format or no in both color and in black & white will not be considered for the competition.
